HCS Web Phone
This project involved developing a web phone designed for use in browsers and as a web app, targeting call centers, customer service companies, and integrating with the 911inform system, a cloud-based emergency response platform. Working closely with developers and another designer, I created a user experience prototype on Figma, conducting extensive research and user testing. Despite having no prior knowledge of telephony or web phone applications, I learned from experts and applied this knowledge to enhance the design. The biggest challenge was my initial unfamiliarity with the domain, but through research and collaboration, I successfully created an effective web phone design. The project, still in development, has been a fulfilling experience in my first role as a UX Designer, showcasing the importance of research, collaboration, and continuous iteration in creating user-centric designs.
